Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure, NO charges will apply.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure, 100% charges will be applied.

If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are considered infants and enter free of cost
• Children aged 3-10 years are charged the child rate
• Children above 10 years are considered adults and charged accordingly

• Dune Buggy Ride (Yamaha Grizzly 350cc, Polaris RZR 1000 CC, Polaris 1000 XP, Can-am Maverick Turbo, Polaris Sportman Squad, Polaris Ranger)
• Access to services of an experienced guide
• All protective gear including helmets and goggles
• Refreshments (water and soft drinks)
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off
• Sandboarding on desert dunes
• Safety briefing and instructions from the guide

Exclusions

• All personal expenses such as souvenirs, dining, or extra activities
• Gratuities for the guide
• Damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse

Important Information

• Please carry a valid ID or passport
• Wear casual/sports comfortable clothing (trainers, shorts, t-shirt)
• Pregnant women or guests with back problems are not recommended to participate
• No heavy luggage is allowed
• Helmets must be worn at all times during the tour
• All guests must sign an indemnity form before the tour
• Pick-up is done 1 hour prior to the selected time slot
• Guests must follow the guide's instructions; failure may result in tour cancellation without refund
• Minimum driving age for buggies: 20 years
• Minimum passenger age: 6 years
• Valid driving license from your home country must be presented for drivers
